The Finish
Black, Lined and Open for Business
A deep black surface and crisp lines make a lot look well cared for from the street. Careful sealcoating and striping deliver that finish.
Our Work
These Southern Ohio driveways and lots show the difference careful preparation, sound repairs, quality sealcoating and straight lines can make.
Before & After
An unfinished site is on the left and a sealed, freshly striped lot is on the right. Drag the line to compare the difference careful surface work makes.

Field Work
Good asphalt work is timing and discipline — prep before product, the right material at the right temperature, and a crew that finishes what it starts.
Below the Surface
Every surface sits on ground like this. Reading base and drainage condition is the first step of every Hester site visit — it decides what your pavement actually needs.
We complete a working property in sections so the business can stay open while sealcoating and striping are finished.
One pass of the squeegee shows the difference: deep black protection on one side and faded gray asphalt on the other.
A restripe is the cheapest moment to fix flow, recover stalls and get ADA layout correct. This is what the plan looks like.

The Work

Every plan starts with what's really there: base condition, drainage paths, crack patterns, traffic wear. The site visit decides the scope — not a sales script.

Failures get cut out and patched, cracks get hot rubberized filler, and the whole surface gets commercial grade sealer — in one sequenced visit wherever possible.

We chalk the layout, stripe stalls and lanes by machine and check the signage. The lot goes back to work on the schedule we promised.
