Lines that make your lot
look professional, not just paved.

Faded striping makes a property look neglected. Fresh, straight lines that meet code improve the view from the street and help traffic move safely through the lot.

Line Striping illustration

Striping affects both safety and first impressions. Stalls organize parking, arrows help prevent head on conflicts, crosswalks protect people on foot, and clear fire lanes and ADA markings help the property pass inspection. Every marking fades with traffic, sun and weather.

We use commercial traffic paint and dedicated striping machines for crisp 4-inch lines, consistent paint coverage and clean stencils for arrows, ADA symbols, fire lanes, visitor spaces and curbside pickup stalls. Whether the job is a new layout or a restripe, the finish is sharp and easy to read.

Striping is also the perfect finisher after sealcoating, and we sequence the two so your lot goes from gray and faded to black and lined in a single scheduled window.

Straight Answers

Line Striping FAQ

How often should a lot be restriped?

Most lots need paint every 12–24 months depending on traffic, plowing and sun exposure. If lines look gray from the street, you're past due.

How long does striping take?

Most lots are striped in a few hours, section by section, with traffic back on each area within the hour. Many jobs run overnight or on weekends.

Do you handle ADA layout?

Yes — stall counts, dimensions, access aisles, signage locations and van-accessible spaces are laid out to current standards as part of the plan.

Can you change my lot's layout?

Absolutely. Restripes are the cheapest moment to fix flow problems, add pickup stalls, or recover wasted space — we'll sketch options before painting.
