Our Story
Built in Highland County, one driveway at a time.
Warren Hester has spent more than 30 years learning what makes asphalt work last. He started this company in 2006 by sealcoating driveways for neighbors in and around Leesburg and caring more about the quality of the work than the marketing of it. The work spoke for itself, referrals spread along US-50 through Hillsboro and Greenfield, and two decades later the standard remains the same: honest, reliable, quality driven asphalt protection.
That experience taught us that good work is only part of earning a reputation. Answering the phone, keeping appointments, explaining the estimate and standing behind the finished job matter too. We treat those responsibilities with the same care we bring to preparation, materials and clean edges.

We run our own sealcoating rig, hot crack filling kettle, striping machines and repair equipment. No subcontractors and no handoffs between trades. Warren and his crew handle your surface from preparation to the final stripe.
